מדיניות זו מסבירה כיצד TopMExp ("אנחנו") אוספת, משתמשת ומגנה על מידע אישי, בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א‑1981 ותיקוניו.
איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים
- טופס יצירת קשר: שם, חברה, תפקיד, דוא״ל ותוכן הפנייה.
- הרשמה לניוזלטר: שם, דוא״ל ותחום עניין.
- נתוני שימוש אנונימיים: נתוני תנועה באתר באמצעות Plausible — כלי אנליטיקה ידידותי לפרטיות שאינו משתמש בעוגיות ואינו מזהה משתמשים אישית.
למה אנחנו משתמשים במידע
כדי לחזור אליכם בעקבות פנייה, לספק שירות, לשלוח תוכן שביקשתם, ולשפר את האתר. לא נעשה שימוש החורג מהמטרות שלשמן נמסר המידע.

This policy explains how TopMExp ("we") collects, uses and protects personal information, in accordance with Israel's Protection of Privacy Law (1981) and its amendments.
What we collect
- Contact form: name, company, role, email and your message.
- Newsletter signup: name, email and area of interest.
- Anonymous usage data: traffic data via Plausible — a privacy-friendly analytics tool that uses no cookies and does not personally identify users.
Why we use it
To respond to your inquiry, provide services, send content you requested, and improve the site. We will not use it beyond the purposes for which it was provided.
Consent
Information is provided voluntarily and with your consent. Newsletter signup constitutes consent to receive mailings; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every message.
Sharing
We do not sell data. We may use service providers (hosting, email) for operations only, subject to confidentiality.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the data. However, no online security is absolute.
