Accessibility statement
ב‑TopMExp אנו רואים חשיבות רבה במתן שירות שוויוני ונגיש לכלל המשתמשים, לרבות אנשים עם מוגבלות, ופועלים להנגשת האתר בהתאם לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ״ח‑1998, ולתקנות שמכוחו.
רמת הנגישות באתר
האתר נבנה במטרה לעמוד בתקן הישראלי ת״י 5568 ברמת התאמה AA (המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.1 של ארגון ה‑W3C).
מה הונגש באתר
- מבנה HTML סמנטי וניווט מלא באמצעות מקלדת.
- מצבי פוקוס נראים לכל הקישורים והכפתורים.
- תמיכה מלאה בעברית (RTL) ובאנגלית עם מתג שפה.
- טקסט חלופי לתמונות ולוגואים, ומבנה כותרות הגיוני.
- כיבוד העדפת המשתמש להפחתת אנימציות (prefers‑reduced‑motion).

Conformance level
The site is built to conform with the Israeli standard SI 5568 at level AA (based on the W3C's WCAG 2.1 guidelines).
What was made accessible
- Semantic HTML structure and full keyboard navigation.
- Visible focus states on all links and buttons.
- Full Hebrew (RTL) and English support with a language toggle.
- Alt text for images and logos, and a logical heading structure.
- Respect for the user's reduced-motion preference.
Known limitations
